Orders and Confirmation 

Orders may be placed by telephone (08) 9309 6066 or online at www.thumpmusic.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Thump Music. Thump Music does not accept orders until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.

Prices and Payment

The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only. Prices and product availability may vary between Thump Music retail stores and this website due to our different customer offers. Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include tuning, delivery and transit insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable insurance surcharge for the goods in transit will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. In some cases where delivery to your area is not a part of Thump Music standard delivery zones, the freight value will be displayed as “TBA”. In these instances you will be contacted by a Thump Music representative within two (2) working days, providing you with a freight quotation. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for print orders which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.

Unless you are paying for your order under an available payment plan, full payment for all orders, including orders for Products that Thump Music needs to order from suppliers must be made at the time the order is placed.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit.

Additional processing time is required for Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Thump Music for account details – THUMP MUSIC – BSB – 066000 – ACCOUNT – 11254574 – When using direct deposit please use your full name.

Availability and Delivery 

The following products are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within days of receipt of order and payment:
• pianos, keyboards and musical instruments NOT labeled with “Please Call (08) 9309 6066 to confirm availability” (being products which are currently products ranged as part of Thump Music's core store offer); and
• many print and associated products .

Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products that are currently ranged as part of Thump Music’s core store offer, where current stocks are exhausted.

Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders of print which will not be available to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Thump Music recommends that you contact our online sales team on (08) 9309 6066 before placing your order to ensure that you clearly understand the likely delivery time for your order. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate. Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.

Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Thump Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.

Warranties 
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please call (08) 9309 6066 for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Thump Music provides no separate warranty. Disclaimer 
Because, prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, Thump Music does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on this website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for illustration only and actual product may differ for the picture shown.

Refunds Policy 
You are entitled to a store credit or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
• faulty;
• significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• not doing what they are supposed to do.

 

Terms and conditions of ticket sales

1. No refunds will be issued. 

2. Tickets will be mailed out to designated mailing address specified on web page checkout.

3. Lost tickets will be replaced at a surcharge cost of $4.00 

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchases

Before proceeding with your booking please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. These booking conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by THUMP MUSIC.

No Cancellations, Exchanges or Refunds
Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller.

No Reselling
This ticket and/or package must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods an services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

Tickets Collection & Dispatch
Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be sent by Post will be received 10-21 days out from the performance.

Event Changes
Information, cast and event dates are subject to change. THUMP MUSIC is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or for changes in the programme or performers.

In the case of an event itself being cancelled or postponed you will be refunded the amount paid in full, less any service and handling fees. THUMP MUSIC reserves the right to retain any service fees and charges incurred on procuring hotel, hospitality and transfers arrangements including but not limited to deposits paid and forfeited. 

However, if an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, ticket holders will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets or packaged elements (hotel, hospitality and transfers).

Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed.

GST
All prices quoted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). In event of the rate of GST being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued.

Lost Tickets
When allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen the Customer must be able to produce proof of their original purchase prior to a Lost Ticket Voucher being issued. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the venue and or ticket agents lost ticket replacement terms and conditions. THUMP MUSIC reserves the right to charge an administration fee if a lost ticket voucher needs to be re-issued.

THUMP MUSIC reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission).

Accepts No Liability for others Acts which are Not Preventable
We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).

Accepts No Liability for Acts by Others outside of Direct Control
THUMP MUSIC finalizes all arrangements upon the express condition that it shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any venue, or vehicle or through the acts of omission, default whether negligent or otherwise, of companies or persons engaged in connection with your booking pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control.

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, THUMP MUSIC's customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If THUMP MUSIC is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, THUMP MUSIC may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

Injury at events
To the extent permitted by law, THUMP MUSIC disclaims all liability for any injuries caused at an event. Balls or other objects may fly into the spectator area during events. Although reasonable measures are taken by the Presenter to protect spectators, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after the event. If struck or otherwise injured or distressed, immediately ask an usher for assistance or directions to a medical station or contact an emergency service. By purchasing a ticket through THUMP MUSIC, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in your personal capacity and on behalf of any accompanying minor. You assume all risks which are incidental to the event for which the ticket you have purchased is issued, whether before, during or after the event.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
Presenters reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct the Presenter or their agents, employees or contractors deems to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who otherwise fails to comply with the Presenter's or the Venue's terms and conditions. Breach of any such terms and conditions will terminate your revocable license to attend the event without refund or compensation. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. 

All patrons attending an event must hold a valid ticket for that event. Unless tickets are purchased from an authorized THUMP MUSIC sale channel (internet, telephone), ticket holders may be refused admission to the event named on the ticket. Late arrivals to an event may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
