Freight

Freight is calculated on size of the order and the remoteness of the recipient’s location. Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before purchase is confirmed. A web sales consultant will advise the delivery cost of larger items as soon as we receive your order (all order’s over $500 AUD are freight free within Australia unless specified).

If you wish to discuss freight please contact (08) 9309 6066. New Zealand customers please email us for a delivery quote. Overseas orders can be processed but Thump Music asks you email us directly (info@thumpmusic.com.au).

For larger items sent by courier someone must be present at the designated shipping address during normal business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm) to sign for deliveries. Extra charges will be incurred for repeated drop off attempts.

Thump Music uses TNT and Australian Registered Post for all orders leaving our facility. You can request for larger orders your TNT tracking number if it is not supplied.

Return Policy - Web Sales Only

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a in store credit / exchange of the product purchase price, excluding freight and insurance costs, within 14 days from the original shipping date. This does not include non-stocked items.

Refunds are only given under the following circumstances;

* have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase
* do not match a sample they were shown
* aren't as they were described
* goods are returned within 14 days as specified above.

A credit / exchange will not be given for the following reasons;

* no proof of purchase is offered
* the customer simply changes their mind
* the customer bought them for someone else who doesn't want them
* the goods have been damaged after the purchase
* were made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods

All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), include a Return Authorization Form, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse.

Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchases

Before proceeding with your booking please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. These booking conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by THUMP MUSIC.

No Cancellations, Exchanges or Refunds
Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller.

No Reselling
This ticket and/or package must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods an services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

Tickets Collection & Dispatch
Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be sent by Post will be received 10-21 days out from the performance.

Event Changes
Information, cast and event dates are subject to change. THUMP MUSIC is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or for changes in the programme or performers.

In the case of an event itself being cancelled or postponed you will be refunded the amount paid in full, less any service and handling fees. THUMP MUSIC reserves the right to retain any service fees and charges incurred on procuring hotel, hospitality and transfers arrangements including but not limited to deposits paid and forfeited. 

However, if an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, ticket holders will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets or packaged elements (hotel, hospitality and transfers).

Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed.

GST
All prices quoted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). In event of the rate of GST being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued.

Lost Tickets
When allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen the Customer must be able to produce proof of their original purchase prior to a Lost Ticket Voucher being issued. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the venue and or ticket agents lost ticket replacement terms and conditions. THUMP MUSIC reserves the right to charge an administration fee if a lost ticket voucher needs to be re-issued.

THUMP MUSIC reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission).

Accepts No Liability for others Acts which are Not Preventable
We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).

Accepts No Liability for Acts by Others outside of Direct Control
THUMP MUSIC finalizes all arrangements upon the express condition that it shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any venue, or vehicle or through the acts of omission, default whether negligent or otherwise, of companies or persons engaged in connection with your booking pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control.

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, THUMP MUSIC's customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If THUMP MUSIC is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, THUMP MUSIC may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

Injury at events
To the extent permitted by law, THUMP MUSIC disclaims all liability for any injuries caused at an event. Balls or other objects may fly into the spectator area during events. Although reasonable measures are taken by the Presenter to protect spectators, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after the event. If struck or otherwise injured or distressed, immediately ask an usher for assistance or directions to a medical station or contact an emergency service. By purchasing a ticket through THUMP MUSIC, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in your personal capacity and on behalf of any accompanying minor. You assume all risks which are incidental to the event for which the ticket you have purchased is issued, whether before, during or after the event.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
Presenters reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct the Presenter or their agents, employees or contractors deems to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who otherwise fails to comply with the Presenter's or the Venue's terms and conditions. Breach of any such terms and conditions will terminate your revocable license to attend the event without refund or compensation. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. 

All patrons attending an event must hold a valid ticket for that event. Unless tickets are purchased from an authorized THUMP MUSIC sale channel (internet, telephone), ticket holders may be refused admission to the event named on the ticket. Late arrivals to an event may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
